Because our highest goal is a meaningful in-person community, we want to avoid creating another “digital community” even amongst those who want to explore appstinence. In light of our goal, the primary way to get involved is to start a chapter of Appstinence where you live. Additionally, we very rarely send out digital communications, and do not maintain any Discord, Whatsapp chat, or forum at this time. As we are a small team and demand is great, we are unable to respond to the majority of inquiries but will be sure to read them all.
